Codynex ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Supnex service and website (supnex.app).

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways:

Personal Data: Name, email address, company name, phone number when you register or contact us
Shopify Data: With your consent, we access your Shopify store data (products, customers, orders) to provide the Supnex service
Usage Data: Log files, IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages

5. Conversational Data and Third-Party Processing

When a shopper uses the Supnex assistant on a merchant's store, the conversation is processed by ElevenLabs, Inc., which provides the speech and language models behind the assistant. ElevenLabs in turn uses third-party large-language-model providers as subprocessors. The following is transmitted to ElevenLabs: the text or audio of the shopper's messages, the assistant's replies, any images the shopper attaches in the chat, and — where the shopper is signed in to the store — their name and email address.

Where the assistant looks up delivery tracking, the tracking number is additionally sent to AfterShip to retrieve carrier status.

Support request emails, including any photographs attached, are delivered through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), which processes the shopper's email address and any attachments solely in order to deliver that message to the merchant.

Support requests. When a shopper submits a support request through the assistant, Supnex stores the email address, order number, description of the issue and any photographs they attach, so the merchant can respond. This is emailed to the merchant's support address and is visible to the merchant inside the Supnex app in their Shopify admin.

Order information. To answer a shopper's questions, Supnex reads their order details from Shopify at the moment of the request. Order data is not copied into Supnex's own storage.

What we do not do. Supnex does not use shopper conversations or support requests to train models, does not sell personal data, and does not use it for advertising.

Retention. Support requests and any attached photographs are retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. Merchants may request earlier deletion at any time. Shoppers may exercise access and deletion rights through the merchant, who can forward the request to us; requests received through Shopify's customer data-request and redaction channels are actioned automatically.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
