In no event shall Codynex or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Supnex, even if Codynex or a Codynex authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Supnex could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Codynex does not warrant that any of the materials on Supnex are accurate, complete, or current. Codynex may make changes to the materials contained on Supnex at any time without notice.

Codynex has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Codynex of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

Codynex may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Shopify Integration

Supnex is a third-party application that integrates with Shopify. By authorizing Supnex to access your Shopify store, you confirm that:

• You are the authorized owner or manager of the Shopify store
• You grant Supnex permission to access store data as outlined during OAuth authorization
• You understand that Supnex uses this data to provide automated customer support
• You can revoke access at any time through Shopify app settings

10. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
• The content you provide to Supnex (including product catalogs and customer data)

11. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Supnex for:

• Illegal activities or violation of any laws
• Harassment, threats, or defamation of others
• Unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Distribution of malware or harmful code
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Intellectual property infringement

12. Subscription and Payment

Supnex offers paid subscription plans and custom enterprise plans:

• Paid tiers require valid payment information and automatically renew unless cancelled

• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Use of the service in a manner harmful to Codynex or other users
